- Asset Details — names, categories, purchase price, current value, purchase date
- Bank Account Information — account names, balances, account numbers (last 4 digits)
- Sales & Transaction History — sale records, buyer information, transaction details
- Notes & Descriptions — any additional information you add to assets or transactions
All financial data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore and is only accessible by you.
1.3. Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information — model, OS version, unique device identifiers
- Usage Data — how you interact with the App, features used, session duration
- Crash Reports — to help us improve stability and fix bugs
- IP Address — for analytics and security purposes
1.4. Subscription & Payment Information
- Subscription Tier — Free, Premium, or Elite
- Payment History — transaction IDs, amounts, dates (processed through RevenueCat / Google Play / Apple App Store)
- We do NOT collect or store your full credit card details. Payments are processed securely by Google Play or Apple App Store.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide & Maintain the App — create your account, store your assets, and manage your portfolio
- Process Subscriptions — manage your subscription status, renewals, and upgrades
- Improve User Experience — understand how you use the App and make improvements
- Send Notifications — important updates, asset reminders (insurance, maintenance, tax)
- Provide Support — respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure Security — detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or abuse

- Firebase Firestore — All your asset and financial data is stored in Firebase Firestore, a secure, encrypted cloud database.
- Firebase Authentication — Your account is protected with Firebase Authentication, supporting email/password and Google Sign-In.
- Data Encryption — Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access Control — Only you can access your personal data. Your data is linked to your unique user ID.
- No Third-Party Sharing — We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how users
interact with the App and improve the experience. No personal data is collected through analytics.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account,
your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
